Hi, I’m Jason. I’m a father, a husband and a crazy hockey fan. I help lead a small digital marketing agency, The Hangar Interactive, in Costa Rica. At The Hangar I am the Development Manager and lead a tech team of 15 individuals building websites for clients all over the globe such as adidas, Best Buy, Budweiser and Proctor & Gamble.
How Do I Do It?
I’m not a “Flash Guy”, or an “HTML 5″ guy. I lead flash, web and apps developers collaborating together to make the best possible solutions for my clients. My personal area of expertise lies in the front end with XHTML, HTML, CSS, Javascript and any JS Library my client hands me (jQuery being the most common).
When it comes to web platforms I’ve worked with most of today’s leading technologies PHP, .Net, Java in a variety of frameworks from custom PHP and .Net solutions to CakePHP and the mother of all Java frameworks, ATG.
What Is The Hangar?
The Hangar is a small “off-shore” agency owned by Critical Mass. The majority of our work comes from the other Critical Mass offices in Calgary, Toronto, Chicago and London. The Hangar staff consists mostly of local “ticos” with a small core of North American leads.
